Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global market shifts and industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+ markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends and their societal impact
- Build and mentor a dedicated innovation lab focused on 2026 technology adoption scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research on 2020s technology trajectories
