Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, AI autonomy)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and white papers
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-era challenges (e.g., climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling innovative solutions from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
