What You'll Achieve:
Lead predictive analysis for 2026 technology adoption curves, develop patent-worthy innovation frameworks, and steer our $2B R&D portfolio toward exponential growth opportunities. You'll represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and MIT's Technology Review Summit while mentoring next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program.
Responsibilities
- Forecast 2026 technology disruption vectors across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-year market impact projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 CTOs and academic research institutions
- Present findings to the board and executive leadership quarterly
- Author white papers on future tech adoption patterns
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of predicting market trends (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature, or similar
- Patents or commercialized innovations in technology forecasting
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
