Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI alignment, quantum machine learning, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with DARPA/NASA innovation programs preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
