Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead prototyping initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with VCs to identify and acquire emerging startups
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AGI
- Curate the annual 'Innovate 2026' technology symposium
- Mentor a team of 10+ research scientists and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI alignment
- Proven track record of launching at least two patented technologies
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law limitations and post-silicon alternatives
- Expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong public speaking skills with TEDx or equivalent conference experience
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 2025+ technology concepts
