Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic partnerships and investment opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation workshops with MIT/Stanford research affiliates
- Oversee patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
