Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technological strategy with business objectives
- Present strategic foresight reports to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor a team of researchers in emerging technologies and ethical innovation
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with UN 2030 goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
