Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop and publish annual Technology Impact Forecasts with quantified adoption projections
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and climate resilience tech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging tech landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Published work on quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate tech futures
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and diffusion theory
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of influencing corporate strategy through trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology predictions with 80%+ accuracy
