- Lead high-impact innovation initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor senior technologists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Gartner training)
