Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence projects
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability for market disruption
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget across 5+ concurrent projects
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists and technical specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects from concept to production
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Experience securing federal grants ($5M+ in SBIR/STTR awards)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
