Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative innovation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through thought leadership and industry evangelism
- Manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets with measurable ROI targets
- Champion ethical AI development and sustainable tech practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents in AI/futurism fields
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 500+ professionals
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or corporate partnerships
- Global speaker at TechCrunch Disrupt, CES, or similar top-tier conferences
