- Architect and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, futurists, and domain experts
- Identify emerging tech trends with 5-7 year market impact potential
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets for pilot projects
- Develop IP portfolios with 15+ patentable innovations annually
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with academic institutions for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D funding
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Portfolio of 5+ patented innovations
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI projections
