Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight strategies aligned with market trends and consumer behavior
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce annual Future Tech Impact Reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing integration
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future-tech intelligence network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or tech trend analyses
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech innovation implementation
- Global perspective on technology adoption across diverse markets
