Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks in emerging tech adoption
- Mentor R&D teams in implementing future-proof architectures and agile development methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
