Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quarterly milestone reviews
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains including quantum AI and synthetic biology
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for strategic acquisition
- Present future tech insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on cutting-edge projects
- Author white papers on next-gen tech adoption for industry publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, or biotech systems
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in Fortune 500 environments
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 scientific journals
- Strong network connections with DARPA and NSF research communities
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
