Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures for our flagship '2026' projects, ensuring high availability and performance under load.
- Future-Proofing Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum-ready computing) and integrate them into the current tech stack to ensure long-term viability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure all system designs meet rigorous industry compliance standards and data protection regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current systems and architect solutions that reduce latency and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong command of Python, Go, or Java, with a demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies and adapting to rapidly changing tech paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
