Responsibilities

- Establish ESG reporting frameworks exceeding 2026 regulatory requirements
- Partner with R&D to commercialize sustainable technologies and biodegradable materials
- Lead stakeholder engagement including investor briefings and sustainability certification processes
- Monitor emerging climate policies and market trends to position company as sustainability thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving net-zero targets in manufacturing or tech sectors
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong background in circular economy implementation and carbon accounting
- Experience securing green financing and sustainability-linked bonds
- Deep understanding of 2026 climate policy landscape and voluntary carbon markets
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation required
