Responsibilities
- Spearhead the 'Project 2026' initiative, aligning product roadmaps with anticipated future market demands and technological shifts.
- Conduct deep-dive technological forecasting to identify disruptive trends, emerging AI paradigms, and integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to future-proof core architecture against upcoming industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for next-generation product launches slated for 2026.
- Present quarterly strategic foresight reports to the C-suite, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Establish key partnerships with industry think-tanks and academic institutions to stay ahead of the innovation curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Strategic Foresight, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale, future-facing technology initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) and their projected maturity curves.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align C-level executives.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and market analysis.
- Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the San Francisco Bay Area.
