Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and digital transformation
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Publish industry thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI governance, quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, SFI) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Sloan, or equivalent tier
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
