Qualifications

- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- PhD in Computer Science or Physics from Tier 1 institution
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic frameworks
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST 2.0 compliance
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+
