Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business strategy.
- Design and oversee the deployment of scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures across AWS and Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven automation into core legacy systems.
- Ensure enterprise-wide security compliance and implement zero-trust security models.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous architectural reviews to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose disruptive technologies for adoption in 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing complex, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of Python, Go, or Java, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data engineering, machine learning pipelines, and real-time processing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
