Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum machine learning models on next-generation cloud processors.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced error mitigation and correction protocols for NISQ devices.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design systems that maximize quantum coherence and processing power.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for integrating quantum solutions into legacy enterprise software architectures.
- Mentor a high-performing team of quantum software engineers and data scientists.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and drive strategic product vision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and Python.
- Strong proficiency in classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their quantum extensions.
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Cirq).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
