Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven scenario analysis
- Design strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise transformation programs
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narrative frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' report with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Strong command of AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and data visualization
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology foresight
- Experience with quantitative forecasting models (Bayesian, Monte Carlo, etc.)
