Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technology adoption (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture early-stage signals
- Create executive dashboards tracking key future indicators and risk vectors
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or long-term forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical implications
- Portfolio demonstrating complex systems modeling and trend visualization
