Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework, integrating emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and publish thought leadership on 2026 industry disruptors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Design risk mitigation strategies for 2026 geopolitical and technological shifts
- Represent FutureVision at global forums on future economies and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with strategic focus
- Published thought leadership on long-term trend forecasting
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
