- Develop and publish annual '2026 Futurescape' reports with actionable strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish cross-functional '2026 Innovation Sprints' to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums, shaping industry discourse on 2026-ready business models
- Build and lead a specialized futurist intelligence team with expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks (5-10 year horizons)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex scenarios into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
