Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or equivalent frontier discipline
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in Fortune 500 tech environments

- Expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (minimum 5 citations)
