Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market data, and socio-cultural indicators to forecast industry shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations for stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future research
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight methodology across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects or published foresight work
