Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive frameworks while maintaining a pulse on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience innovations. This C-suite advisory role reports directly to the CEO and requires exceptional synthesis of complex data into transformative roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop predictive models for industry convergence in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead executive briefings on emerging geopolitical and economic megatrends
- Architect strategic innovation pipelines with $50M+ annual R&D allocation
- Establish global partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Author quarterly futures intelligence reports for board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight or technology forecasting journals
- Proven track record of implementing future-back strategic initiatives
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience leading $100M+ transformational projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
