Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Lead executive workshops on future scenario planning and exponential technology adoption
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging trends disrupting 2026 business landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Advolve cross-functional stakeholders on strategic implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with exponential technology exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions with Fortune 500 organizations
