Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for enterprise-wide adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models to guide R&D investment decisions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor horizon scanning networks and global innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
