Responsibilities

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment including bias mitigation and transparency protocols
- Collaborate with research institutions to pioneer breakthroughs in explainable AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry leaders at global technology forums
- Mentor AI ethics committees and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum-AI integration and neuromorphic computing applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field with 8+ years of AI strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year AI transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks, neural networks, and predictive modeling
- Published research in AI ethics, explainable AI, or human-computer interaction
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
