Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend validation

- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and critical future-thinking skills
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex future concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data-driven trend analysis
- Demonstrated track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future-oriented insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
