Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework mapping technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making

- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech pioneers
- Translate complex future projections into actionable product development roadmaps
- Deliver compelling executive presentations on emerging disruption vectors and opportunities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex future narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives or published foresight work
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
