Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and their industry-specific impacts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify emerging technologies and partnerships for competitive advantage
- Integrate future forecasting into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3, climate solutions)
- Exceptional data synthesis, scenario modeling, and storytelling abilities
- Strong network with futurist communities and thought leaders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) highly valued
