- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Build predictive models for market disruption scenarios across 15+ industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into client-specific strategic roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-scaping research or white papers
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and socio-technical systems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
