Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Design and facilitate C-level strategy workshops on future scenarios and long-term planning
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and their business implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global forums on future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic implementations
