Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in product lifecycle management
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and disruptor landscapes
- Scale innovation methodologies across 15+ business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with sustainability frameworks (ESG, circular economy)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
