Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based forecasting models predicting societal and technological shifts through 2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Curate and present trend reports to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists, anthropologists, and domain experts
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces featured in Nature, MIT Tech Review, and WSJ
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or interdisciplinary research
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of published trend forecasting with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and Delphi methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ transformative foresight projects with measurable impact
