Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for SaaS platforms
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain UI consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Create user journey maps and interaction flows for complex enterprise applications
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating enterprise projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Proven track record of delivering projects on tight deadlines in agile environments
