- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers with actionable recommendations
- Integrate AI and quantum computing trends into product roadmaps
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for experimental ventures
- Represent the company at Davos and WEF future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Published author or thought leader in emerging tech trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
