Responsibilities

- Quantum-Ready Implementation: Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to integrate classical AI logic with emerging quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across our product suite, ensuring long-term viability and innovation.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence within the team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to emerging global frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Research Experience: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or leading proprietary research.
- System Design: Ability to design complex distributed systems that are resilient, secure, and high-performance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset ready to adapt to the rapidly evolving tech landscape of the mid-2020s.
