As a 2026 cohort member, you will rotate across three core engineering teams over your first year, receiving elite mentorship from senior leadership and hands-on experience building products that will define the 2026 digital landscape. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions across multiple product domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Participate in three 4-month rotations focusing on Backend Services, Frontend Architecture, and Applied AI/Machine Learning.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development workshops tailored for emerging tech trends.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Present capstone projects at the end of each rotation to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern web frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn new technologies rapidly.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
