Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for scale.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in our comprehensive 12-month engineering rotational program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly in an Agile team environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
