Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product roadmaps.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and system architecture.
- Engage in a structured rotational program to gain exposure to frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our agile development processes.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in our core applications.
- Present project outcomes and technical findings to senior leadership at the conclusion of each rotation.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
