Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and market opportunities.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on next-generation computing, Generative AI, and automated systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and geopolitical shifts to anticipate market changes and regulatory impacts.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal innovation labs to prototype and validate disruptive technologies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning or C-suite advisory capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Web3 technologies.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into business roadmaps.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
