In this role, you will lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists to develop scalable, quantum-ready architectures. You will define the technical roadmap that ensures our platforms remain cutting-edge as we approach the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Research and Development division in designing scalable, future-proof system architectures.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, edge computing, and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify and evaluate new technological trends and methodologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Drive the implementation of secure, high-performance software solutions for complex global challenges.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex product lifecycles and technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application in modern software engineering.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
