Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era hardware
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving <1e-10 error rates
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflow frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for NISQ and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum chip integration strategies
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
