Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year foresight frameworks mapping technological, societal, and economic trends for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish and nurture relationships with academic institutions, industry consortia, and futurist communities
- Design and deploy organizational change management strategies for future-proofing operations
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) preferred
- Experience with futures modeling tools and predictive analytics platforms
