- Drive commercialization of quantum applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish industry-academic partnerships
- Ensure ethical quantum governance and security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
